About Parent Anonymous:

Parents Anonymous takes a proactive and aggressive approach to eliminating child abuse, particularly by parents. Their goals include:

Improving social, emotional, and behavioral well-being

Preventing abusive and neglectful parenting

Mitigating the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)

Increasing resilience

Achieving positive personal growth and change

They enhance family functioning and parent/caregiver resilience by providing evidence-based emotional support and resource referrals through calls, text chats, and emails.

Parents Anonymous offers weekly, two-hour support groups for parents and caregivers of children from birth to 18. These groups focus on communication, discipline, child development, parental roles, independence, self-control, and parenting stresses. They are held at the same time and location but separately for parents and children and require parental participation for children to attend. Specialized programs help children positively address their emotions, respect themselves and others, and take responsibility for their actions.
